Midfield maestro Cesc Fabregas is set to complete his half century of appearances for Chelsea when the Blues visit Manchester City on Sunday.

Fabregas, who moved from Barcelona to the London club last summer, has already won the Premier League/Capital One Cup double in his debut season at the club.

The 28-year-old former Arsenal captain's 49 appearances for the West London club have come in the Premier League (35), the FA Cup (1), the League Cup (4), the Champions League (8) and the recent Community Shield game.
