The former England defender is intimating he wants to continue his playing career.
Rose terminated his contract with Watford just before the summer window closed and is yet to sign for a new club.
The 32 year-old is now interesting IFK, says Sportbladet.
For the moment, sports director Tony Martinsson neither wants to confirm nor deny the reports about Rose.
