Major League Soccer has announced on Tuesday the Best XI for the 2013 season.
Portland Timbers led the way with three players landing spots in the star-studded line-up while LA Galaxy were the only other club to have more than one player selected.
The team has a little bit of Premier League flavour with Galaxy captain and former Tottenham striker Robbie Keane being joined by New York Red Bulls and ex-Everton ace Tim Cahill.
The Italian Serie A is also represented with Montreal Impact star and ex-Bologna, Juventus hitman Marco Di Vaio landing a spot in attack while Galaxy centre-back Omar Gonzalez was named in the MLS Best XI for a third time.
Other multiple selectees include Portland Timbers goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts, Sporting Kansas City defender Matt Besler, his teammate Graham Zusi and Keane.
This year MLS players, club leadership, and media members voted one goalkeeper, three defenders, four midfielders and three forwards to the Best XI.
