Former England captain Alan Shearer slammed the performance of Harry Kane for their Euro 2020 final defeat to Italy.
England's first major tournament final since 1966 ended in familiar fashion as the Three Lions suffered penalty heartache following a 1-1 draw after extra time.
Shearer said of Tottenham striker Kane: "Harry Kane, There's a balance when you're playing as a forward.
“In the first half he was causing them problems because he was dropping deep, but he didn't have one touch in the 18-yard box for the whole game.
"It's been a really tough night for him."
