Nick Carle is well aware how much of a difference a player like Alessandro Del Piero makes to a team but suggests that Sydney FC do not rely on him too much.
The Sky Blues have put together three wins on the trot - all since the Italian great returned from injury - but former Crystal Palace midfielder Carle believes it has been the entire squad working towards those victories and not just Del Piero's influence.
''In any team in the A-League - any team in the world - Alessandro's going to make a difference and it's no different with us," Carle told Sportal's 'In Off the Post' program.
"He's a superb player, but one player alone doesn't win you games.
"The whole squad they put in 110 per cent to make sure we give him the freedom to do what he's best at. We're blessed, we're very lucky to have him. But in saying that we all have to make it work as well."
