Former Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew visited Espanyol on Wednesday.

Pardew dropped in on the Barcelona side's training session at the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque.

He took advantage of his visit to the Catalan city to head across to Sant Adria de Besos and say hello to Espanyol boss Quique Sanchez Florez, who he has a good relationship with after both worked in the Premier League last season.

On Wednesday he spent a good deal of time chatting with Sanchez Flores having previously watched over the training session.
