Brighton and Hove Albion youngster Evan Ferguson has been tipped for a huge future.
The Irish teenager has been outstanding in the past 12 months since breaking into the first team.
Having signed a new deal this term, Ferguson has earned praise from ex-forward Bobby Zamora.
The former West Ham, Tottenham and QPR attacker told The Argus: “He is still young, still learning but he knows he is not the finished article.
“The club know he is not the finished article.
“He is having to work on what he needs to work on.
“It looks a really bright future for him.
“He is a very level-headed guy and hopefully he continues to impress and wanting to improve.
“He finishes with both feet – very sharp, knows where the goal is.
“I think the team and the manager help him with the way they play."
Asked where Ferguson can improve, Zamora said: “I think he needs to work on his hold-up play, his link-up play.
“I think he knows that as well and he is more than happy to work at it, which is amazing.
“The kid has an amazing future ahead of him."
