Former Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar has declared Jack Grealish the most talented he's played with.

Vlaar only knew today's Villa skipper as a young player, but the impression made still remains.

With Holland, the newly retired Vlaar says he played with some of the world's best players, “But at club level I was in one team at Aston Villa with Jack Grealish. He was very young, but you could see that he was a huge talent.

"He is now one of the stars of the Premier League.

"And as a defender I think Stefan de Vrij is a great man. It is not without reason that he was the best defender of Serie A last season. I think that is really great for him."
