Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has again sung the praises of PSG star Kylian Mbappe at the World Cup.

Wenger was happy with Mbappe's performance for France's victory over Uruguay.

He said: "He started the match well. He was dangerous at the moment when the others were still inhibited. I find him very strong! He is a player who plays 200% with his energy.

"He exploded in the round of 16, but he had not played the match before (0-0 draw against Denmark). The fact that (Didier) Deschamps pushed him a little late in the game is good because he plays everything on his speed and it requires a lot of energy."
