RB Leipzig striker Hee-chan Hwang is attracting interest from England.
Sport1 says Everton and West Ham United are weighing up a bid for the South Korea international.
Before the season started, Hwang moved from Salzburg to the Bundesliga for €9m plus possible bonuses of over €6m.
Now West Ham and Everton are ready to explore a deal with RBL for a fee in the region of €15m.
In 15 league appearances over a total of only 283 minutes, the 25-year-old has failed to score this season.
