Everton, PSG to meet buyout clause for Roma midfielder Pellegrini

Everton have expressed interest in Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini.

Gazzetta dello Sport's Nicolo Schira reports Pellegrini's contract carries a €30m buyout clause - which Everton are now considering triggering.

Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is a fan of Pellegrini and wants to bring him to Goodison Park next season.

Ancelotti's former club PSG are also interested in the midfielder and like Everton would be willing to meet his buyout clause.

As such, the final choice could be left to Pellegrini about where he moves this summer.
