Everton are moving for Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks.

The Daily Mail says Everton are interested in a deal for Winks but budget restrictions means they may want to take him on an initial loan.

Midfielder Fabian Delph is expected to leave next month once his contract expires.

Winks played 19 games in the league for Tottenham as they scraped into the Champions League with a fourth place finish.

The 26-year-old has made 10 appearances for England but most recent cap came in 2020.

A move to Merseyside would see Winks linking up with his old Spurs colleague Dele Alli.
