Everton midfielder Isaac Price is set for a move to Belgium in the summer.
The teenager is talking to Pro League side Standard Liege about signing on a free transfer, per the Liverpool Echo.
With the 19-year-old out of contract in the summer, he is already free to negotiate with teams outside of England.
Even though Price is highly rated at Everton, the Northern Ireland international has struggled for regular game time.
Scottish giants Rangers and Celtic also have an interest in Price and may come into the equation.
He was impressive in a friendly over the winter against Celtic in Australia.
