Everton midfielder Muhamed Besic has become a gym junkie to cope with Premier League life.
Everton's £4million signing from Ferencvaros last July says he is too "skinny" and picked English football as the place to toughen up.
He said: "I knew it was a physical game here that is very fast and I wanted to come here as I felt I would learn more here than anywhere else.
"I knew it would help develop my future, to play in England. That said, I am still a little bit skinny at the moment so it will take time with my gym programme to get completely up to speed with that side of the game.
"When I was younger, I didn't really like to tackle. It only started around two years ago that I needed to tackle more. I was always an easy, calm player.
"Tackling didn't come naturally to me. I was always trying to take the ball without contact."
