Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has thrown his backing behind Sean Dyche after the club avoided relegation.
The Toffees looked destined for relegation when Dyche took over from Frank Lampard earlier in the season.
But he worked hard to instill belief and hard work into the team, which paid off with enough results to keep them in the league.
"I don't know what has been said behind-the-scenes or anything, but we need structure at this club," Pickford stated regarding Dyche's future, per the Liverpool Echo.
"It has been too long. I feel where we have been chopping and changing managers, and I think football has gone that way a little bit anyway.
"Over the course of the season, you see how managers [have been sacked]. It is never nice to see a manager lose his job, and everyone contributes.
"We have got to blame ourselves when a manager loses his job, but I feel like we need that structure going forward and leading into the new stadium."
