Everton are believed to be on the trail of Cesena striker Gregoire Defrel.

Calcionews24 reports that the Toffees are eyeing a potential summer move for the 23-year old Frenchman whose contract is co-owned by former club Parma.

It is believed that Fiorentina, Palermo and Torino are also showing interest in Defrel who has scored seven goals for the relegated Seahorses this season.

Following their drop to Serie B, both Cesena and Parma are likely to sell Defrel who Roberto Martinez sees as the perfect foil for leading Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
