Everton are in talks with Carlo Ancelotti to become their new manager.

The Italian was sacked by Napoli just an hour after he helped the club advance to the Champions League knockout stages.

Ancelotti was with the Serie A club for 19 months.

Sky Sports says Arsenal are also interested in Ancelotti, who previously managed in the Premier League with Chelsea.

Vitor Pereira, reportedly Everton's first-choice to replace Marco Silva, ruled himself out of the job on Tuesday.
