Everton are eager to extend Alex Iwobi's contract at Goodison Park.

The Football Insider says the midfielder has a year left on his contract with previous reports suggesting teams in Turkey were eyeing a move for the former Arsenal man.

However, the 26-year-old is taking his time in deciding his future as the club battles to remain in the Premier League.

Top flight clubs as well as teams around Europe are said to be keeping tabs on Iwobi ahead of the summer window.

Despite the Toffees problems this season, Iwobi has displayed career best form for the club.
