Everton captain Seamus Coleman has hailed the man management skills of Carlo Ancelotti.
The fullback says the manager has already improved Everton's stars.
"As you touched on there, Fergie came in (Duncan Ferguson) and was absolutely brilliant," the Republic of Ireland international told BBC Radio 5 Live.
“He really deserved that chance and I am so glad it went so well for him.
“Then we all know we got a world class manager, and I have to say, a world class man, who is very approachable and very down to earth. You don't do as well as he did in the game without the other side of it...the tactical side of it.
“I think you have seen massive improvements in Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison and we are just learning from him every day.
“It is a pleasure to have him as Everton manager and hopefully he can have a successful time."
Coleman added: “I think his man management is just top class. For someone who has done so much in the game, you sometimes have characters who aren't approachable.
“But he is there and he will give advice on what we need to do. He is open all ears. We have just got to learn from him as much as we can."
