Everton are eyeing FC Midtjylland midfielder Emiliano Martinez.
Martinez is expected to leave FCM this summer.
Danish media sources state Everton and Bordeaux are both keen with FCM willing to sell.
Both clubs have made offers for Martinez, who has a deal to 2027.
