Everton and Aston Villa are in a tussle over Rangers whizkid Cole McKinnon.

The 17-year-old midfielder has one year left on his deal at Ibrox.

And the Daily Mail says the two Premier League clubs are keen on the Gers' academy product.

McKinnon has already featured for the Rangers reserves this season.

The Toffees are hopeful McKinnon can follow in the footsteps of Billy Gilmour, who has thrived at Chelsea after leaving Rangers in 2017.
