European giants fed-up with Blatter antics

Europe's biggest clubs are fed-up with the antics of FIFA president Sepp Blatter.

The Sunday Mirror says copies of letters have been sent to Blatter by the powerful European Club Association.

The group that represents the 40 biggest clubs in Europe including Barcelona, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Arsenal. The ECA chairman is Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

In a letter he sent to Blatter last month he made clear "our clubs are not being consulted about important matters."

He warns: "As in the past FIFA acts explicitly contrary to what the European Commission deems to be the pre-requisite for sport. It is our intention to consult the Commission in this respect."
