Euro2016: Northern Ireland can get past Wales - O'Neill

Northern Ireland coach Michael O'Neill is confident that his side can get past Wales in the last 16 at Euro2016.

Norn Iron were set to play either France or Wales in their next round, prior to the game between Italy and the Republic of Ireland.

Ireland's win over the Azzurri meant that the Northern Irish and Wales will be squaring off against each other at Parc des Princes in Paris on Saturday.

O'Neill told Sky Sports: "We'll take what comes. Chris (Coleman) has done fantastic with Wales to win the group.

"It's a magnificent achievement. They're having a great tournament.

"We believe we could certainly get by Wales but equally we know that on any given day we'd be a match for any team."
