England and Scotland are battling for the services of Newcastle United teenager Mackenzie Heaney.
The Evening Chronicle says the 15-year-old attacking midfielder has already played for Scotland at youth level.
But he is already a hot prospect winning a boot deal with Nike and represented by Triple S Sports and Entertainment Group's Paul Stretford and Kenneth Shepherd, who also look after England and Manchester United star Wayne Rooney and Newcastle number 1 Tim Krul.
Having played for Scotland in the Sky Sports Victory Shield, Heaney was fancied by the SFA to work his way through the ranks.
However, the Geordie boy from Walker is still eligible to play for the Three Lions and has taken his chance with Dan Micciche's squad for the game with Belgium.
