Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure admitted that his match-winning goal against Bournemouth was the most vital of his career.
The all-action superstar ensured that his side earned at least one more season in the Premier League.
Everton guaranteed their survival with a 1-0 win over the Cherries on the last day of the season.
"This one was the most important goal of my career, we know how important Everton is for everyone, for me, my team-mates," Doucoure said to Sky Sports after the match.
"Today, we knew if we scored a goal, we were going to win the game. It was a good feeling in the end to win the game.
"I don't think so [could've hit it any better], everybody was saying I don't score any goals [like that] in training, I just save for them for the game, I haven't watched it back yet. I'm so happy we got the three points we needed."
