Manchester City defender Finley Burns has joined Stevenage on a season-loan loan deal.

The 20-year-old centre-half joins the League One club after Boro won promotion last season.

An England Under-20 international, Burns spent the second half of the 2021/22 season on loan with Swansea City in the Championship.

The youngster initially was signed by City as a 13 year-old from Southend United.

He is on a deal at City to 2027.
