Genoa have completed the signing of Sheriff Tiraspol striker David Ankeye.

Ankeye joins in a permanent transfer after passing his medical this morning.

Genoa announced today: "The permanent transfer is official. The former Sheriff Tiraspol arrived in Genoa during the night. At Villa Rostan he formalised the contract with the club.

"The managers and football manager Marco Ottolini welcomed him. Test in the gym in the first approach to training.
