Fleetwood Town have signed Everton fullback Harry Wright.
Wright leaves for Fleetwood in a permanent deal.
In a post on their website, the Cods revealed: "The Cods fought off a host of EFL clubs for the 18-year-old's signature, with the Cods signing him to a one-year contract, with the option of a further year following his move to the Fylde Coast.
"Wright previously played at the Toffees and was at the club where he became a scholar at the age of 16 before featuring 34 times for the Blues during his two-year scholarship.
"The full-back will now join up with Matthew Lawlor's Development Squad as they return to pre-season training at Poolfoot Farm and will meet his new teammates this week."
