Chelsea have announced the loan departure of Charlie Webster for Heerenveen.

The midfielder joins the Dutch outfit on a season-long loan without a permanent deal.

Webster is rated among the best young players at the club.

The 19 year-old was a regular with coach Mark Robinson's U21 team last season.
