Brighton are wrapping up a deal for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Davy Propper.

Eindhovens Dagblad says Albion and PSV agreed a €15m fee for Propper on Sunday, though there's still more negotiations to come.

Propper is yet to open talks with Brighton about personal terms.

Without mentioning a fee, PSV chief Marcel Brands has confirmed talks with Brighton are at an advanced stage.

Twelve months ago, Propper turned down a €15m move to Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg.
