Bojan has expressed his desire to do well following his loan move from Stoke City to Alaves.

Stoke striker Bojan has returned back to La Liga after joining Alaves on a season-long loan deal on deadline day and following the completion of the transfer, the Spaniard expressed his desire to do well in the Mendizorrotza Stadium this season.

He said: "I'm extremely excited to be returning to La Liga and to be joining a project as attractive as the one here at Alaves.

"From the moment the club contacted me I was drawn by the idea of playing for this historic club, which achieved great things last season – and above all experiencing the passion of the fans here at the Mendizorrotza for myself.

"I feel as if this new challenge comes at a stage when I see myself as being a very mature player and I'll be giving my all to help the team and fan have an enjoyable season."
