Juventus coach Gigi del Neri wants to build up their team spirit.
Del Neri is keen to generate a togetherness within his squad.
He said: "I want a team in which everyone fights for Juventus and for their team-mates.
"If they are then late for a pizza it's not a problem. We already have a valid group of players. From what I've seen in these first few months, Felipe Melo is a leader.
"Rules are the basis of any team sports. If someone plays golf or tennis rather, you can speak in the first person and concede some unbridled individualism.
"In football instead you use 'we'. I am almost always the first to do it in interviews. And I put the concept of the group ahead of any other consideration.
"The first thing that I ask of my players is to always be available towards those who find themselves in difficulty.
"I appreciate it a lot when NBA players run to help their team-mate who has ended up on the floor, helping him to get up."
