Tottenham captain Michael Dawson has welcomed their three summer signings.
Roberto Soldado, Paulinho and Nacer Chadli have had a positive effect on the squad.
"They are three big signings," Dawson told the Spurs website.
"Everyone is hungry to do well. You could see that with how we started against Espanyol, players want to be in the team and you have to lift your performance again to do that. The signings are a big positive and will improve us as a squad."
