Crystal Palace remain in the hunt for Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.

The Sun says Palace could be back in for Gallagher this summer, having missed out on his signature last season.

Gallagher has impressed on loan at West Brom in a side struggling to avoid relegation and Hodgson has spoken glowingly about the midfielder in the past.

"Conor Gallagher was there even when we played them in the first game of the season," Hodgson said earlier this season.

"He's a player that I've admired for a long time, so I thought then 'that's a tremendous signing that you've made there'."

Palace are currently 12th in the Premier League table, 11 points above the relegation-zone with nine games to go.
