Crystal Palace are preparing a transfer offer for CSKA Moscow forward Fedor Chalov.
The London club tried to sign him last summer, but their offer was not deemed sufficient.
Now Palace are looking at revisiting a deal for the Russia, who is rated at £25 million.
However, Chalov has not enjoyed the best season this term.
The 21-year-old only has six goals and six assists in 31 games. He had 17 goals last term.
CSKA do not mind selling Chalov, but they are hoping for a big money offer from a Premier League club to do so.
