Crystal Palace prepare to replace Hodgson

Crystal Palace are set to call time on Roy Hodgson's second reign in charge of the club.

The Premier League relegation candidates do not want to take any chances on their season.

Per The Mail and other sources, chairman Steve Parish has not taken this decision lightly.

They were hoping to see the club through to the end of the season with Hodgson in charge.

However, the veteran will now be replaced in the coming days, with ex-Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Olivier Glasner in the frame.

Palace co-owner John Textor is said to be very impressed with Glasner and wants to hire him.

Steve Cooper, Julen Lopetegui and Kieran McKenna were previous candidates for the job last season.
