Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann was left frustrated after their 0-0 draw with Everton.

The Eagles most probably earned their point through solid defending rather than persistent attacking, and Dann assessed the fact that his side failed to create many clear-cut chances of note.

"I think that's probably the most disappointing thing to take away from the game," he said.

"As I say it was a good point on the balance of play but with how well we played last week and the amount of goals we could have scored, it was disappointing not to get many chances today but you can play well like we did every week and some games you just have to dig in an try to ground out and take some points."
