Crystal Palace are preparing to announce the signing of former Liverpool goalkeeper Diego Cavalieri.
According to reports in Cavalieri's native Brazil, the 35-year-old has penned a four-month deal, with the option of extending to next season.
Cavalieri played for the Reds between 2008 and 2010, serving primarily as a back-up for Pepe Reina.
He has been training with Palace since leaving Brazilian club Fluminense.
Eagles boss Roy Hodgson has a relationship with Cavalieri, having managed him while he was in charge at Anfield.
