Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants to keep hold of John Terry.

Terry comes off contract in June.

The Daily Mail says Terry could be handed a one-year extension at Chelsea – even if it means the club captain joining the backroom set-up, which is an idea being toyed with.

It is understood Terry would prefer to remain a player, however, having spoken previously about how he feels he has 'two or three years' left in him.
