Chelsea are wrapping up the signing of Ecuadorian superkid Kendry Paez.

TMW says Chelsea are a step away from closing a deal for Paez.

The teen is an U17 international and regarded among the most exciting talents of his generation in South America.

Paez hails from Independiente del Valle, which also produced Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

The attacker won't be able to move to Europe until he turns 18 in 2025.
