Chelsea winger Victor Moses says he's a better player for winning the African Cup of Nations with Nigeria.
Moses believes he has improved in confidence and ability by enjoying success on the international stage, along with the switch to Chelsea.
He said: "It was a big achievement to win with Nigeria and it means such a lot to the nation.
"And you get confidence from playing in and winning big games.
"Also, playing at Chelsea with players such as Oscar, Hazard and Mata, you can learn such a lot and improve in every game that you play."
