Chelsea are ready to test Lazio's resolve with an offer for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Tuttosport says while Lazio are reluctant to lose the Serbia midfielder this summer, Chelsea are willing to make an offer.

New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is a fan of Milinkovic-Savic and has recommended his signing to club owner Roman Abramovich.

And it's suggested Chelsea will seek to drive down Lazio's asking price by including Pedro in their offer. The Spaniard is interesting Lazio after selling Felipe Anderson to West Ham.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito is demanding €100-120m to sell Milinkovic-Savic - and could be tempted if Chelsea include Pedro in their offer.
