Chelsea are ready to compete with Stoke City for PSV Eindhoven winger Zakaria Bakkali.
The Daily Express says the Belgian youngster, dubbed 'the new Eden Hazard', is out of contract at the end of the season and looks set to leave Holland after refusing to enter into negotiations with the Dutch club.
Stoke boss Mark Hughes is moving to sign the teen in January.
However, Chelsea are also prepared to match Stoke's bid, and Jose Mourinho will be hoping that Bakkali prefers a move to Stamford Bridge over the Britannia.
The Blues are also willing to let the starlet remain with PSV until the end of the season, which could see them gain the advantage over Stoke.
