Chelsea are set to send Brazilian youngster Nathan on-loan to Dutch partners Vitesse Arnhem.

Nathan was snapped up by Chelsea at the end of last season from Atletico Paranaense for €6.2 million.

De Telegraaf says Chelsea have already made contact with Vitesse about sending him to Arnhem for the new season.

He would arrive as a replacement for Bertrand Traore, who will stay with Chelsea this term.

Blues midfielder Lewis Baker's loan switch to Vitesse was confirmed last week.
