Chelsea remain keen on re-signing Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Thorgan Hazard.

AS says the 24-year-old brother of Eden Hazard has been impressive for Gladbach this term with eight goals and eight assists in 26 games.

His standout performances have alerted the Spanish pair to the Belgian international, who the Germans look resigned to losing this summer.

Hazard joined his brother Eden at Stamford Bridge in 2012 but failed to make a single appearance for the Blues.

Gladbach value Hazard at £28million and with Chelsea showing interest, the Germans will look to spark a summer bidding war for their star man, who admits his future is uncertain.
