Chelsea appear to have dropped their interest in Internacional young gun Oscar according to his agent.
The 20-year old Brazilian playmaker had emerged as a strong target for the European champions but his representative, Carlos Meinberg Neto, says that talks between all parties have fallen over.
"The first proposal of Chelsea (for £20m) was refused by Internacional," Neto told Sky Sports.
"And I believe that it is difficult for Chelsea to make a counter-offer for the player.
"Right now, we are no longer in talks with Chelsea."
