Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is planning to take a legal action against football pundit Pat Nevin, according to the Daily Mail.
Nevin claimed on BBC Radio Four that the 28-year-old would rather lose than win under former manager Jose Mourinho.
The report claims that the Spaniard has instructed his lawyers to send legal letters alleging case of defamation to the former Chelsea player.
