Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is not entirely happy with his team.
The Italian, who took over from Antonio Conte in the summer, believes that mentality issues are the reason why they are not higher in the league table.
He ranted about his players' lack of desire after a 2-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday.
But he then spoke about how there are leaders in his squad, in an attempt to walk back those comments.
"I think we have leaders," Sarri said to the club's official website.
"I think we may even have somebody who is capable of embodying the characteristics I've talked about.
"But I think we do need to change the mentality and I think that within the group of players we do have that ability and the characteristics to change."
