The Blues are eager to add the French forward to their squad before the Premier League begins.

Per Daily Record, PSG are ready to sell Mbappe for a world record fee, which Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia did offer.

While Mbappe will not move to Saudi, he would be open to a Premier League transfer.

Real Madrid are the other team with the biggest interest in Mbappe, but they may not be willing to match PSG's demands.

The Spanish giants would prefer to secure Mbappe on a free transfer in a year's time.
