Chelsea legend Gianluca Vialli admits being a player-coach is the toughest job in football.

Vialli's first job in management was as player-manager for Chelsea.

"Being a player manager is like working in the movies, when you're an actor and director.

"In terms of the psycho-physical, it drained me.

"But you must become absolutely objective because the team must always win."
